Welcome to Student Booster ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our App, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. You agree to use the Services for educational purposes only. You will not use the Services to violate any academic integrity policies of your institution, including cheating on proctored exams or submitting AI-generated work as your original creation without appropriate disclosure or permission.
Student Booster employs advanced artificial intelligence, specifically SaLi AI, to process study notes and generate educational materials such as summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and exams. While we strive to provide high-quality and reliable study aids, SaLi AI can occasionally make mistakes or hallucinate incorrect information.
You must independently verify the accuracy of all generated answers, facts, and explanations prior to relying on them for graded academic work. Student Booster is not liable for academic penalties resulting from inaccuracies in AI-generated materials.
Our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content ("User Content"), including PDF notes, exam questions, and study guides. By uploading User Content, you retain all ownership rights. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating, evaluating, and improving the Services (such as generating your personalized quizzes).
Tutors: Tutors retain full intellectual property rights over exams and notes they manually generate or upload to the platform for their subscribers.
Student Booster offers a "Pro" subscription and individual "Tutor" subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees displayed to you at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Payments made via external providers (Stripe, MTN, Airtel) are subject to their respective terms. Tutors eligible for withdrawal of earnings are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold of 100 ZMW.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and your personal data will be erased as per our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
